If a user reports a course completion issue, please have them relaunch the course a verify that ALL of the circles have green check marks.

To complete the challenge, you have to complete every section and subsection. You can complete the three primary sections in any order, but you must complete both the primary sections (Spillage, Sensitive Information, and Malicious Code) and every oval beneath each. When you select Spillage and complete the section, the Spillage red circle will change to a green check. You still have to complete the Classified Data, Insider Threat, and Social Networking subsections. When you have completed the entire Challenge, every red circle will have been replaced by a green check.

After completing all sections, you’ll be presented with the Challenge Complete screen. If you aren’t taken to this screen, go back to the Evidence Board

and check for red circles. Once you have completed the challenge, you will be taken to a page to sign your certificate. Sign the certificate and the CLC system will change your Cyber Awareness Challenge 2020 status to Completed.
