The 'Counter Threat Awareness Training', also known as 'CTAT', has been replaced by the 'Foreign Affairs Counter Threat eLearning', also known as 'eFACT'.
IMPORTANT! The eFACT training is available to all federal employees across all DOC bureaus under the following 'DOC User Types'. • 1 • 13 • 14 • 17 Please note that eFACT is not available to contractors (or to any user type other than those listed above). Should a contractor request assistance with accessing the course, please escalate, as access is given on a case-by-case basis. |
How to confirm the user’s 'DOC User Type': 1. Locate the user’s account within the CLC. 2. Click on their name. 3. Expand the Personal Data section by clicking on the drop-down arrow. 4. Review the 'DOC User Type' field. |
