Survey links are automatically emailed to users immediately after their session's scheduled end date and time. Users must enter the attendance code provided by their instructor into this survey within 24 hours.

• If a user cannot locate the survey, advise them to check their spam/junk folders.

• If a user states they missed the 24-hour window to enter their code, their attendance will not be automatically recorded in the CLC system. Ask the user to provide evidence of their attendance and escalate to the Admins for manual processing.
