For any M365 Copilot sessions, users receive an attendance code from their instructor that must be entered into a survey (which is emailed automatically around the session's end time). Users have exactly 24 hours to enter this code.

Kindly note that training completion marks may take up to 5 business days to be reflected on your transcript after a session ends. To ensure your completion is recorded, please enter the attendance code provided by your instructor in the survey sent to you at the end of the session.
